This morning when I woke up, I felt the urge to do something a bit different from a regular weekday, especially since Gab had more free time. I was so bored of staying in bed and not moving for the past two days. I know this is necessary to heal faster, but being bedridden was starting to get really depressing.
So I had the idea of spending the day at a mall. First of all, the mall has air conditioning, and today that felt extra nice since Ha Noi was 39°C outside🔥It was much cooler inside, which honestly felt amazing. Also, it felt fun to visit a mall, get some good food, and just have somewhere to go.
Since I am currently walking at the speed of a turtle because of my post-surgery condition, I suggested that we rent a wheelchair so Gab could push me around.
Luckily, everything went according to plan, and it was so much fun. We went to Lotte West Lake Mall and spent the day there.
We visited shops, had a really good Thai lunch, followed by coffee and a chocolate croissant.
