A series of events pushed me to change the way I had been treating my body and mind. I made a firm decision to consciously improve both my physical and mental state.

The main priorities on my list are:

  • improving my diet

  • strengthening my body through exercise

  • clearing mental clutter

  • increasing focus

I’ve started this shift, and I’m on my way.

My blogs are honest accounts of what I’m going through—the struggles, the small wins, and the effort it takes to move closer to the person I want to become: physically strong, mentally tough, yet still understanding and humble.

They’re not advice, recommendations, or conclusions. People can be inspired by others, but everyone has to find their own solutions to their own problems. I’ve learned that there are no universal answers, even for struggles that many people seem to share.
