That’s it. Tomorrow, we will bring our two-month adventure in Vietnam to a close and leave for Japan.
Oh, I experienced so many interesting things in this country. So many little and life-changing experiences.
From little things like discovering new healthy recipes to add to my diet, to life-changing experiences like having surgery on my legs so I can run faster and feel lighter, and starting to learn Japanese, which I am sure will open the doors to a fascinating and mysterious world! :)
I am so, so happy about everything I experienced during this trip. Honestly, it was not always an easy one. We had to work on the ET schedule while I was also going through a major recovery phase (which is still ongoing). But through it all, I learned a lot.
I learned to be more open to cultural differences and unfamiliar ways of thinking. I learned to be more patient and more thoughtful with people around me. I think I am more mature and more willing to take risks than the Niloo who left Canada in April.
For all of that, I am so deeply grateful.
On this beautiful note, I bring our Vietnam journey to an end. To celebrate the beautiful memories this country has given me, I am sharing some of my favorite moments below. :)
Have a great time wherever you are on this planet right now.
